The Rio Grande Compound is part of the Alvarado Gardens neighborhood in North West Albuquerque. The Homeowner's Association was created in November of 1984. The annual meeting of the HOA typically occurs in Early October every year. The HOA Board typically meets once a quarter, or as needed.
There are various committees as part of the association including the following: Architectural, Financial and Planning, Community Liaison, Maintenance, Mediation, Security, Gate, Social, and Trees and Landscape. Any HOA member who is interested in joining a committee are encouraged to volunteer.
